We offer several options to work with us and pay for services:

• Medicare Part B
  We are a Medicare Part B provider. A physician’s referral for occupational therapy is required.

• Out-of-Network Insurance
  For other insurance plans, we can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement for medically necessary services. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan.

• Self-Pay / Private Pay
  Self-pay services are available for individuals not using insurance or for services that are not considered medically necessary by insurance providers.

• Self-Determination Program
  We partner as a service provider for Self-Determination Program participants, with services funded through an approved SDP spending plan.
