I am an occupational and aquatic therapist located in Long Beach, California. With over 8 years of experience as an OT working with people of all ages in outpatient and home health settings, I am passionate about empowering and supporting individuals on their healing journey. I have always loved the water and personally benefitted from the unique environment it creates for healing and recovery. This led me to pursuing additional training in this area and receive my certification from the Aquatic Therapy Rehab Institute. 

My goal is to help you regain independence, improve function, and enhance your quality of life. My approach is rooted in empathy, humor and evidence-based practice. We will work collaboratively and tailor sessions to your needs and priorities, so you can get back to doing the things you love!
