I am an occupational and aquatic therapist located in Long Beach, California. With over 8 years of experience as an OT working in home health, schools, and outpatient settings, I am passionate about empowering and supporting individuals of all ages. I have always loved the water and personally benefitted from the unique environment it creates for healing and recovery. After also seeing the way movement in water can provide sensory input to assist with self-regulation, I began to pursue additional education and training in this area and received my certification from the Aquatic Therapy Rehab Institute.

I partner with individuals and families to help maximize independence, improve function, and enhance overall quality of life. My approach is rooted in empathy, humor and evidence-based practice and sessions are collaborative and tailored to an individual’s needs and priorities.
